Range Social designs, finances, permits, builds, and operates the modern driving range and golf academy under one accountable partner. We turn a tired bucket of balls into a destination that earns like one.
We believe every shot will be tracked, and the game has to adapt.
Adopting is hard when you give lessons from sunrise to sundown. So Range Social became the avenue to modernize the range, integrate AI, and help golf reach its next level.
We're the integration, the efficiency, the time saved, and the extra set of hands that busy golf courses, academies, and professionals need right now.
Golf is booming, and most of the new demand is not landing on the course. The range is where a property captures it, at the highest margin it earns anywhere.
The course cannot absorb that growth without more tee times, more wear, and more strain on the maintenance crew. The range can. It is the most profitable revenue center a golf property owns, and the platform for lessons, fittings, events, food and drink, and sponsorship. Range Social builds that platform and runs it.

A range sits on prime acreage, with loyal golfers and real demand, on top of a P&L stuck in 1975. Owners see the upside. Then the project dies somewhere between too many vendors, no financing, and a permit office that answers to no one.
The architect, the GC, the tech installer, the financier, and the operator each point at the others when the schedule slips, and no one owns the result.
Good concepts sit for years waiting on financing and entitlement. Momentum bleeds out in the gap, and so does the money.
Owners buy Toptracer bays and AI coaching, then watch them sit idle, because no one designed the experience, trained the team, or built a program around them.
The entire development stack folds into one accountable engagement. You make one decision and sign one agreement instead of fifteen.
We design the site, flow, bays, hospitality, and academy as one destination instead of a pile of separate parts.
A business plan, pro forma, and capital structure that make lenders and owners say yes, built on real range economics.
We handle the municipal maze so the shovel hits dirt on schedule rather than two years late.
We own the build, its quality, budget, and timeline, with owner-side oversight from ground-break to punch list.
Coaching model, certification, technology, physical therapy, and the Progression App, installed and staffed to run on day one.
Engage Range Social for a ground-up build, or bring us in for a single discipline. The standard holds at any scale.
Plan it and fund it. We turn a golf idea into a business a bank and a board will back.
Permit it and put it in the ground. We own the design, the approvals, and the site until it opens.
Run it and grow it. We staff the academy, train the team, and keep the revenue coming.
We walk your land and your numbers, then tell you honestly what the opportunity is worth.
Master plan, pro forma, and phasing in one document your board and your bank can act on.
Financing, permits, and construction, supervised by us against a fixed scope and schedule.
Academy, technology, and staff installed, with the option for us to keep running it.
Different owners and different formats, from a ground-up Toptracer range to a performance studio that blends golf and physical therapy. The same standard runs through all of them.
Range Social conceived, delivered, and now manages the Trump Golf Academy at Doral. We built a Trackman range, a SAM PuttLab, in-house clubfitting, on-site club building with inventory management, and outdoor lighting and music across the range.
The teaching runs on Trackman, AI coaching, PuttView, Motion2Coach, biomechanics with medical-grade physical assessments, and our own Progression App. We run corporate and group events, coach middle school and high school teams and their player-development programs, and we hired, staffed, and trained the instructional and operational team we manage today.
Working with Toptracer and Black Bear Golf Club, Range Social designed, permitted, financed, and supervised the build of a new range. We put up the structure and lighting, added an entertainment space, and installed protective netting down the range. The playbook travels beyond one flagship.
Pinecrest Performance Golf, managed by Range Social partner Gayle Leslie, brings physical therapy and golf instruction together at one Miami facility. Members get Trackman swing analysis, golf-specific conditioning built by physical therapists, and a simulator league that plays famous courses on weekly league nights.
The build is only the start. We made three products that keep the academy running afterward, one for players, one for coaches, and one for owners.
The Progression App gives every member a reason to come back and a way to watch themselves improve, through levels, skill tracking, streaks, collectible legacy cards, and a facility leaderboard.
A multi-level curriculum trains and certifies your coaches to one standard, with lesson tracking, assessments, and a credential your academy owns and controls.
Revenue, bay utilization, membership, and spend in one live view, so owners and operators see the whole P&L at a glance and act on it. Figures shown are illustrative.
Range Social exists because we lived the problem. Modernizing the range at Trump meant we could not just hire it out, so we assembled the whole stack ourselves, design through operations, under one roof.
That engine is now a repeatable practice. We bring the same accountability to golf clubs, academies, driving ranges, and indoor simulators, on the full build, a single discipline, or ongoing consulting, marketing, and remote support.
You hire one partner who owns the outcome rather than a committee that shares the blame.
We do not stop at the plan. At Trump we run the academy day to day, so we build what we can operate.

No. Most owners engage us on the whole build because one accountable partner is the point, but every discipline stands alone. Bring us in for financial modeling, permitting, a certification program, or a clubfitting buildout, and the standard is the same.
Golf clubs, standalone driving ranges, teaching academies, and indoor simulator venues, from repositioning an existing range to a ground-up build. If it hits golf balls and has to earn its keep, we work on it.
Both. We build the model and the business plan, then structure and source the capital, debt or equity, so the plan does not stall waiting on money.
Trackman, Toptracer, PuttView, Sportsbox AI, Onform, Motion2Coach, FullSwing, Foresight, GEARS, and force plates, plus our own Progression App and certification program. Where it fits, we add biomechanics, medical-grade physical assessments, and improvement programs. We also build the coaching program and train your staff, which is what keeps the tools in use instead of in a closet.
Optionally, yes. We manage the Trump Golf Academy today, so ongoing operations, coaching and academy management are available as part of the engagement or as a standalone service.
